OUR STORY

Jerrytan Residential – JTResi was founded by Jerry Tan, Jason Tan and Eckardt Caius’ in Singapore on 15th October 2001. Soon after, the Singapore government lifted all anti-speculation property measures that were introduced in May 1996 amidst the property boom.

The abolishment of the capital gains tax and allowing foreigners to once again borrow in Singapore dollars for real estate financing, paved the way for JTResi’s inroads into Indonesia. Only prime residential projects were offered as investment or for personal use.

In 2004, JTResi began operating in Hong Kong by replicating its Indonesian business model. The expatriate community warmed up to the premier offerings that followed.

On 18th August 2007, JTResi moved into it’s new lifestyle establishment at 65 Club Street. This was a significant step and a commitment to assure our clients that we are here to stay – be it good or uncertain times.
